MT型氣液增力缸(預壓式分體組合型)
純氣動的分體組合式ODMT氣液增力缸,由氣液增力裝置MES及工作缸MHZ組合而成,最大6bar或8bar壓縮空氣驅動,即可產生2KN-2000KN沖壓力。液壓由集成存于MES內,無需液壓系統。結構簡單,配有絕對嚴格的氣液隔離密封。
控制與一般的串聯雙作用氣缸控制相同,簡便可靠,能耗低,無沖擊,無噪聲。
每一工作過程由如下三個行程段構成:
(1) 純氣動的快進行程;
(2) 氣液增力的力行程;
(3) 氣動的反回行程。
應用范圍:MT型氣液增力缸可用于力行程很大并且/或安裝空間狹小的應用場合。一套MT型氣液增力缸由一只氣液增力裝置MES和一只或幾只工作缸構成。工作缸有MAT型氣液缸或MHZ型特殊液壓缸兩種形式,氣液增力裝置MES與工作缸MAT或MHZ分開安裝,之間通過高壓軟管連接;
最大驅動氣壓:6bar或8bar;
沖壓力:2KN-2000KN。
特殊用途:一只氣液增力缸裝置可同時驅動多個工作缸同時同步工作。工作缸可選用與一般氣液增力缸相似的MAT型缸,也可選用我們特殊設計制造的MHT型液壓缸;
可通過一只二位五通主控氣閥,即可實現整套氣液增力缸的動作控制。
供貨包括:氣液增力裝置MES及MAT型工作缸或MHZ型工作缸。MES與工作缸之間通過高壓軟管連接起來。高壓軟管的接頭形式及管長可由用戶確定。配置有快進行程到力行程的自動轉換控制及其轉換速度調節閥“X",也可根據您的具體要求,提供特殊的組配,請查詢。

加配“負壓消除裝置”的ODMT氣液增力缸
安裝在ODMT氣液增力缸內部的負壓消除裝置,可避免在某些加工過程中高壓腔內突然出現低壓或負壓,保障氣液增力缸長期連續正常工作。
此類氣液增力缸主要用于沖裁加工。
加配“回程液壓緩沖裝置”的ODMT氣液增力缸
安裝在ODMT氣液增力缸內部的回程液壓緩沖裝置,可有效地減緩氣液增力缸在高頻速度工作中的回程沖擊,延長使用壽命,降低噪聲。
此類缸主要用于運動速度快的場合。
