The concrete rapid freeze-thaw testing machine adopts the water freeze-thaw method to conduct freeze-thaw tests on concrete specimens that meet the appearance requirements of 100 * 100 * 400. Five sets of specimens (16 including one central specimen) can be placed at a time. During the experiment, the test piece is placed in a test rubber cylinder. The concrete rapid freeze-thaw testing machine (integrated machine) freeze-thaw test chamber is made of high-quality and affordable materials. The rubber cylinder is filled with water, and then placed in a test piece box containing antifreeze. The unit cools or heats the antifreeze to freeze and melt the test piece in the rubber cylinder, thus completing the freeze-thaw test.
The device operates fully automatically throughout the entire process, without the need for human intervention. When the test is completed to the set (default of 50 times), it will automatically stop and emit a prompt sound to indicate the completion of the test. If the test needs to continue, it can accumulate the set number of times and then continue running.
