熱性能

TPEE具有優異的耐熱性能，硬度越高，耐熱性越好;TPEE在110~140℃連續加熱10h基本不失重，在160℃和180℃分別加熱10h，失重僅為0.05%和0.1%，因而TPEE的使用溫度非常高，短期使用溫度更高，能適應汽車生產線上的烘漆溫度(150~160℃)，并且它在高低溫下機械性能損失小。TPEE在120℃以上使用，其拉伸強度遠遠高于TPU此外TPEE還具有出色的耐低溫性能，TPEE脆點低于-70℃并且硬度越低，耐寒性越好，大部分TPEE可在-40℃下長期使用。由于TPEE在高、低溫時表現出的均衡性能，它的工作溫度范圍非常寬，可在-70~200℃使用。

Aging Resistance TPEE has excellent chemical stability under many different conditions, such as water fog, ozone, outdoor atmospheric aging and so on. As with most sexual bodies, UV degradation occurs, so UV protection AIDS, including carbon black and a variety of pigments or other materials, should be added to the formulation for outdoor applications or products exposed to sunlight; In addition, TPEE also has different degrees of hydrolysis. Application of TPEE products: TPEE is mainly used in areas requiring shock absorption, impact resistance, flex resistance, sealability and performance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and adequate strength.
