水墨印刷開槽機特點
◆后踢式自動進紙方式，真空吸附堆紙板輔助送紙，精確可靠。
◆CAD模塊設計可任意組合多色印刷機組。
◆采用高精度相位高速機構，使印版調解更省時。
◆開槽刀采用電動聯動調整，調整四刀一步到位，開槽壓線可實行同步移動，調整快捷。
◆齒輪采用噴淋式環潤滑。
◆傳動齒輪采用45#鍛造件，調質淬火處理，增強了耐用性和壽命，使套色精度有了很長時間的保證。
◆印刷部傳動部分，進紙采用十字滑塊傳動，壓印輥及接紙輥 齒輪采用衛星式搖板傳動機構，即在壓印和接紙間隙大小調整的過程中齒輪之間始終正常嚙合，不增大齒頂和齒側間隙，使套尤其多色套更加準確，并使齒輪間應損降至最低。
