MWA鑄鐵氬弧焊絲MAC CAST E405 TIG

Specially formulated general purpose high nickel wire for TIG welding cast iron requiring minimal dilution, smooth, dense, spatter free machinable deposits. Mac Cast E405 TIG provides dense deposits with high ductility on cast irons that are not severely contaminated.

特殊配制的Ni99高鎳通用氬弧焊絲，用于焊接鑄鐵等材料。最小稀釋，可產生光滑、無飛濺、致密的可加工焊縫。Mac Cast E405 TIG可在未遭受嚴重污染的鑄鐵上提供高延展性的致密熔覆層。

This grade may be used for:

1. l?Joining and building up on cast irons, repairing thin section gray cast irons and for joining castings to steels;
2. l?Welding of dissimilar metals (this alloy to stainless and carbon steels, to other nickel alloys, to copper and copper alloys);
3. l?Welding of clad side of nickel-clad steel and surfacing/overlaying of steel;
4. l?Welding of wrought and cast forms of commercially pure nickel alloy to itself;
5. l?Use in high-grade plant/engineering (primarily for the petro-chemical industry).

This grade contains enough titanium to control weld-metal porosity on welding processes.

PROCEDURE:

Remove foreign materials. Preheat to 400°F. Slow cool following welding.
